Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are shipped after processing and should be received 3-5 business days after processing. We do not do process orders made on Sundays until Monday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pawgone Good ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pawgone Good is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pawgone Good is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Order Cancellations and Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase and merchandise must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to discounted or sale items. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Please take note that all apparel and accessories items are marked as final sale and are non-refundable.
